Before selling your jewelry, please consider the following:

• Never mail your jewelry! Your valuable items could get lost or stolen in the mail. Many times these "companies" also offer bogus or unfair offers that often cannot be retracted

• Don't accept high pressure offers

• Only deal with licensed and experienced professionals

• Shop your jewelry around and compare prices

• Always conduct business with a precious metals dealer face to face. Keep your jewelry in sight!

• Make sure any scale used to weigh your gold is certified by the local weights and measurements
